Aranui 5
Project type
Cruise Interiors
Location
Tahiti, French Polynesia
Scope
Interior & Graphic design
The Aranui 5 continues a long-standing tradition of offering unique, luxurious, and adventurous voyages between Tahiti and the Marquesas Islands—some of the most remote, pristine, and breathtaking destinations in the world. Like its predecessors, the Aranui 2 and Aranui 3, the Aranui 5 is a purpose-built mixed cargo and passenger vessel. The Aranui 2 accommodated 100 passengers in simple, utilitarian quarters, while the Aranui 3 expanded capacity to 200 guests with far more comfortable surroundings.
The Aranui 5 advances this evolution even further, delivering enhanced comfort, safety, and spaciousness for the 14-day journey through the Marquesas, the same islands where Herman Melville and Paul Gauguin once found inspiration. As demand for larger, more luxurious accommodations continues to grow, the Aranui 5 has been specifically designed to meet and exceed these expectations. It will be the most refined and comfortable ship ever built for travel in the South Pacific, featuring 8 one-bedroom suites, 24 executive suites, 37 deluxe cabins, and 50 standard cabins.
Guests will enjoy an array of superior amenities, including multiple restaurants and lounges, a spa, fitness center, beauty salon, shopping arcade, computer center, photo studio, and conference facilities. The vessel is also equipped with fully encased twin engines, ensuring exceptional reliability and safety at sea.
