Team 7 International was commissioned to design the interior spaces for a major new performing arts center nestled within a park setting outside Shanghai. Inspired by raindrops and the fluid movement of water, the design concept flows through the 300-seat intimate theater, lobby, and exhibition areas. The interplay between these fluid forms and the use of metallic wall surfaces creates a harmonious contrast -resulting in a dynamic, contemporary, and futuristic environment for performance and cultural exchange.
